Terms of service
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed via the La Nodriza online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and businesses. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time your order is submitted. We reserve the right to amend these Terms for future orders; any changes will not affect orders already placed.
2. Contracting party
La Nodriza
Calle de los Caños del Peral 5
28013 Madrid, Spain
Email: contact@lanodriza.shop
Phone: +34914911559
All contracts formed through our online store are concluded with La Nodriza at the address above. Please use these contact details for any questions relating to your order, these Terms, or our other policies.
3. Conclusion of contract
The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order. When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your basket.
After you place your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation email does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of your order. A contract is only formed once we accept your order, which we do either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by dispatching the goods to you — whichever happens first.
4. Prices and shipping
All prices shown on our product pages are quoted in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT and any other applicable price components. Shipping costs are calculated according to your delivery address and are shown clearly during checkout before you complete your order, so you know the full cost you will be charged before your order is placed.
We currently ship orders to addresses in the United Kingdom and Spain.
5. Payment
You can choose from the following payment methods during checkout:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Diners Club
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract as described in Section 3.
6. Delivery
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of the contract being concluded. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 2–4 business days, depending on the delivery address within the United Kingdom or Spain. Any order-specific delivery estimates shown at checkout take precedence over the general timescales stated here.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
8. Returns, refunds and exchanges
As a consumer, you have the statutory right of withdrawal in respect of your order. Full details of how to exercise this right, including the applicable timeframes and procedure, are set out in our Right of Withdrawal terms, which form part of these Terms by reference.
In addition, we offer a return window of 30 days from the date of purchase during which you may return eligible items to us. We bear the cost of return shipping. Once we have received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5 days. If you would prefer not to receive a refund, we are also happy to offer an exchange as an alternative — please contact us using the details in Section 2 to arrange this.
9. Warranty
Goods purchased from us are covered by a warranty period of 2 years, in addition to any statutory warranty rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us using the details in Section 2 so that we can assist you.
10. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which you can access here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
