Statutory warranty
Every product we sell is covered by the statutory warranty for defects that applies under Spanish and EU consumer protection law. If an item you receive turns out to be faulty, you are legally entitled to a remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may mean a free repair or replacement, or, where the law allows it, a price reduction or a full refund.
This statutory warranty exists regardless of any additional manufacturer warranty and is not affected by it. It applies to the product as sold, so please keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) as this will be needed to process any claim.
Manufacturer warranty
Where a product carries an additional manufacturer warranty, this applies for 2 years from the date of purchase, on top of and in addition to your statutory rights described above. The manufacturer warranty is intended to give you extra peace of mind and does not reduce or replace any protection you already have by law.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects and faults that affect the normal use of the product. If a fault of this kind appears, we will work with you to find the most appropriate solution, whether that is a repair, a replacement, or another remedy in line with your statutory rights.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow any care instructions provided with the product. If you are unsure whether a particular issue is covered, please get in touch and we will be happy to advise.
Reporting a fault
If you believe a product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lanodriza.shop. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the fault
- Photos of the fault, where possible
Once we have this information, we will review your claim and get back to you promptly to confirm the next steps, whether that is a repair, a replacement, or another remedy under your statutory rights.
