Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to accessibility

We want everyone who visits our online store to be able to browse, shop, and get in touch with us with ease, regardless of ability or the technology they use to access the internet. Accessibility is an ongoing priority for us, and we work to ensure that our website is usable by as many people as possible, including customers who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice recognition software, or keyboard-only navigation.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the internationally recognised standard for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological impairments.

Conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA is an ongoing goal rather than a static achievement. As our website evolves, we continually review and improve it to raise its level of accessibility and to address any gaps that may exist.

Measures we take to support accessibility

We take a number of practical steps to make our store more accessible, including:

  • Providing meaningful alternative text for images, so that their content and purpose can be understood by people using screen readers
  • Maintaining sufficient colour contrast between text and background, and ensuring text can be resized without loss of content or functionality
  • Designing pages so that all interactive elements, including navigation, product listings, and checkout, can be operated using a keyboard alone
  • Structuring content clearly, using headings, lists, and plain language so that pages are easier to read, navigate, and understand

These measures are applied across the store on an ongoing basis, and we treat accessibility as part of how we build and maintain the site rather than a one-off project.

Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible. This can be due to third-party content, apps, or tools that we do not have full control over, or areas of the site that have not yet been reviewed. We are actively working to identify and address these limitations as we become aware of them.

Reporting accessibility issues

If you encounter any barriers while using our website, or if you need content provided in an accessible format, please let us know. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will work to resolve reported issues as promptly as we can.

You can reach us by:

When contacting us about an accessibility issue, it is helpful if you can describe the page or feature you were trying to use and the difficulty you experienced, as this allows us to investigate and address the issue more effectively.

Ongoing review

We regularly review our website with accessibility in mind and will update this statement to reflect any significant changes to our approach or conformance status. We welcome your feedback as part of this ongoing process.
