1. What Our Warranty Covers

• 100% Live & Damage-Free Arrival: Full protection against cold/heat thermal shock, crushed boxes, broken stems, or root disturbance occurring during carrier transit across Spain.
• Genetic & Cultivar Authenticity (12 Months): We warrant that every specimen is true to its listed botanical species, hybrid parentage, and genetic variegation (e.g., Monstera Albo Variegata, Philodendron Yellow Flame, Alocasia Aurea).
• Pre-Existing Root or Latent Health Issues: Coverage against any latent root rot, systemic pathogen, or pre-existing nursery defect present at the time of delivery.
• Zero Cost Resolution: If a covered issue occurs, Lanodriza will provide a comparable replacement specimen free of charge or issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

2. What Is Excluded

• Damage resulting from improper post-delivery care contrary to standard aroid cultivation guidelines (such as prolonged sub-zero outdoor exposure, severe overwatering in non-draining cachepots, or chemical fertilizer burn).
• Natural leaf senescence of the oldest basal leaf as the plant produces new variegated growth, or damage caused by cutting/propagating the specimen after delivery.

3. How to Submit a Warranty or Live Arrival Claim

To initiate a claim, simply email our Madrid botanical support team at contact@lanodriza.shop or call +34 653 59 54 16 with your Order ID and clear photographs of the plant and its nursery pot. Claims are reviewed and resolved within 24–48 business hours.
