2. Protective Botanical Packaging Process
Because every specimen sold on lanodriza.shop is an exact, established live plant in its transparent nursery pot, our nursery team prepares each order individually before dispatch:
- Root & Substrate Stabilization: The top of each transparent nursery pot is secured with breathable horticultural cotton and moisture-retaining sphagnum moss so the aroid substrate remains firmly in place during transit.
- Foliage Immobilization: Variegated leaves and petioles are gently supported inside a protective breathable sleeve and anchored to the inner walls of a heavy-duty, crush-resistant double-walled carton.
- Climate & Thermal Protection: Depending on seasonal temperatures across Spain, insulated liners are included at no extra cost to maintain a stable microclimate from our Madrid nursery to your door.
3. Shipping Destinations & Coverage
We currently ship exclusively to physical street addresses located across Spain. Every order is delivered directly to the customer address provided at checkout. To prevent live plants from sitting unattended in unconditioned lockers over weekends, we recommend providing a direct street address where someone can receive the parcel promptly upon arrival.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Live Tracking
As soon as your plant parcel is dispatched from our Madrid facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and direct carrier link. You can also monitor your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page.
5. Live Arrival & Transit Damage Protection
Every shipment from Lanodriza is 100% insured against loss or transit damage under our Live Arrival Guarantee. If your plant arrives with any transit damage, simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@lanodriza.shop with photos of the box and specimen, and we will issue a full refund or replacement immediately at zero cost to you.
