These Terms of Service govern all purchases of botanical specimens and goods on lanodriza.shop between LANODRIZA (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”, “buyer”).

2. Product Descriptions & Exact Specimen Listings

Each rare variegated plant offered on lanodriza.shop is an individually photographed, established live specimen identified by its unique specimen SKU. You will receive the exact plant pictured in its transparent nursery pot. Measurements stated in product descriptions (pot diameter in cm and approximate plant height in cm from the base of the pot) are measured at the time of photography.

3. Currency, Taxes & Transparent Pricing

All prices displayed on lanodriza.shop are stated in Euros (€ / EUR) and include applicable statutory Spanish Value Added Tax (IVA). Shipping within Spain is 100% Free (€0.00). There are no hidden handling fees or surprise checkout surcharges.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments via major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Payments are processed via encrypted PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways at the time your order is placed.

5. Shipping Territory & Delivery Terms

We sell and deliver exclusively to customer physical addresses located within Spain. Standard tracked shipping is 100% Free (€0.00) on all orders. Order handling takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), and carrier transit takes 3–6 business days (Monday–Friday), for a total delivery window of 3–6 business days. 6. 30-Day Returns, Refunds & Live Arrival Guarantee

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products in New, unaltered condition within 30 calendar days of delivery. A prepaid return shipping label is enclosed in every package for free (€0.00). Restocking fees are €0.00, and refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt. 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and all transactions conducted through lanodriza.shop are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, including Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).
